Hogg Robinson Group is an international corporate services organisation with headquarters in the UK. HRG specialises in Travel Management, Expense management and Data management underpinned by proprietary technology.

The conference was held at the Table Bay Hotel. The plenary sessions took place in the Ballroom and the break away sessions was held in Ballroom West, Ballroom East, the Pavilion and the Pre-function Boardroom.  We supplied screens and projectors for all the break away venues and a heavy duty multi-function printer for the Business Centre Boardroom which was used as an office.

For the plenary room we supplied a set with two built in wide screens, two HD projectors with long throw lenses on truss totems, L.E.D uplighters, four profile spots, a four speaker P.A with a digital desk and various microphones and two 50” confidence monitors. The set was designed in such a way that the middle panel could be removed to allow the Ballroom to be divided for the break away sessions. We also provided a P.A in the foyer and the Ballroom Terrace which was used for announcements during the tea breaks.

The gala dinner was held at Nooitgedacht where we supplied lighting, a dancefloor and a sound system with subs for speeches and a DJ.
