Rowand Wedding

Description:

This was an outdoor wedding ceremony with the reception held in a marquee tent.

The wedding ceremony took place in the garden of Hohenort Cellars in Constantia. Guests gathered in one section of the garden where we played background music chosen by the bride. Then they moved to another section of the garden and took their seats for the ceremony. We provided a sound system for the wedding march and microphones for the formalities.

The marquee tent for the reception was in the garden of a private residence. Guests gathered outside the tent where they were served cocktails and entertained by a four piece band. We set up a stage and a sound system for the band.

Guests were invited into the marquee after the arrival of the bride and the groom. We setup a powerful sound system in the tent which was used for speeches and music that was played by a DJ. The inside of the tent was lit with a mixture of LED par cans and intelligent moving heads to give dynamic effects on the dance floor.  We also lit a large part of the beautiful garden.

We provided a diesel generator to ensure a steady and reliable power supply with the capacity to supply adequate electricity for all the sound, lighting and catering equipment.
