This was a three day conference, held at the Vineyard Hotel. A pre-conference workshop was held the day before the main conference. Lectures took place in the Camphor room and the Boardroom was used as an overflow room to accommodate all the delegates attending the event.
Main Room
We supplied two projection screens. Presentations were loaded by the technician at the back of the room. The presenters could see their slides on a confidence monitor and had a choice between a wireless clicker and a mouse to control their presentations. A countdown clock was used for timekeeping.
The sound system comprised of four speakers and a variety of wired and cordless microphones. The stage was lit with a profile spot and a camera was used to relay the presenters to the overflow room.
Overflow room
The Boardroom had a two speaker P.A and got an audio feed from the main conference room. There was also a sound feed from the boardroom to the main room to establish a two way communication between the two rooms allowing delegates to view the presentations and participate in the question and answer sessions.
We provided two projection screens, one for the camera feed from the main room and another for the presentations from the main room.
