Hotel Verde Grand Opening

This was the opening of Hotel Verde. Located 400m from Cape Town International Airport, Africa’s greenest hotel showcases some of the most advanced, environmentally conscious technological installations, construction methods, procurement and operational practices in the world.

The opening ceremony was held in the main conference room with two additional overflow venues. We supplied a sound system for the main room that was linked to the sound systems in the overflow rooms. We also provided a profile spot and a video camera to record and relay the formalities to the overflow rooms. We used a laptop to display powerpoint slides and for video playback.

Guests were entertained by an orchestra and a school choir. After the presentations everybody moved to the main entrance of the hotel for the ribbon cutting where we provided a sound system for the formalities.
