This meeting was held in the Omega room of the Technopark Protea in Stellenbosch. Presentations were displayed on six plasma screens of which four was placed on the floor in the middle of the u-shape table layout. Positioning the plasmas in this manner meant that each delegate had a comfortable view of a screen. The presentation material was driven from a laptop that was located on the top table. We used a two speaker P.A with three top table microphones and a couple of roving microphones.
