This event was held in the Ballroom of the Table Bay Hotel. We supplied the following equipment:

• Two projectors with long throw lenses on truss totems
• Stage
• LCD lectern
• LED parcans
• Profile spot light
• Two moving head lights with stars gobos
• P.A system
• Two monitors for the entertainment
• Laptop and clicker
• P.A system in the foyer for background music
